Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026
1. What we do
GameOnTime arranges game boosting and related services. You choose a service, we assign a player to complete it, and you deal with us throughout. We are the only party you deal with: the player who does the work never sees who you are, and you never see who they are.
2. Who can use GameOnTime
You must own the account you ask us to work on, or have the owner's permission. You are responsible for anything done with your GameOnTime account, so keep your password to yourself.
3. Publisher terms and the risk you accept
Most game publishers do not permit account sharing or boosting. Using our services may breach the terms you agreed with the publisher, and in the worst case a publisher may suspend or close your game account. You accept that risk when you place an order. We take precautions and our players are experienced, but we cannot control what a publisher decides, and we do not compensate for publisher action taken against your account.
4. Orders, prices and payment
The price shown when you order is the price you pay. Orders are paid in advance. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
Delivery times are estimates based on typical completion, not guarantees. If we are running late you can see it on your order, and you can raise a complaint at any point.
5. Store credit
We may add store credit to your account — for example if you order the wrong thing, or as part of settling a complaint. Credit can be used to pay for anything we sell and does not expire. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else. If you are entitled to money back rather than credit, we return it by the method you paid with.
6. Your game account details
Some services need access to your game account. We ask through the order chat, only when it is needed, use the details only for your order, and ask you to change your password once the work is done. Never share your details with anyone who contacts you outside GameOnTime.
7. Warranty
Every completed order carries a 7-day warranty from delivery. If the result is not what was ordered, or progress is lost within those seven days for a reason connected to our work, tell us and we will put it right — normally by completing the work again at no cost.
8. Refunds and complaints
Raise a complaint from your order at any time. We review each one and decide on the facts. Depending on what happened we may redo the work, continue the order, refund you, or add store credit. Where we refund money we return it by the method you paid with.
Because work begins as soon as an order is assigned, an order already underway may not be refundable in full. We will tell you where you stand before we act.
9. Things you must not do
Do not ask us to work on an account that is not yours. Do not use our services to break the law. Do not try to identify or contact the player working on your order outside the order chat, and do not attempt to hire them directly. We may close an account that does any of these, and unfinished orders may be cancelled.
10. When we are not responsible
We are responsible for delivering the service you ordered. We are not responsible for action a publisher takes against your account, for losses that do not follow directly from our work, or for anything caused by details you gave us being wrong. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed. Material changes appear here with a new date.
