What we collect
When you create an account: your name, your email address, and the contact handle you choose to give us — Discord, WhatsApp or Telegram. We ask for that because after payment we often need to reach you about your order, and email alone is not reliable enough.
When you order: what you ordered, what you paid, and the messages in your order chat. If a service needs access to your game account, whatever you send us in that chat to make it possible.
Automatically: ordinary server records of pages visited and roughly when. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
What we do with it
Deliver your order, talk to you about it, handle complaints and warranty claims, and keep our own records straight. That is all.
Who sees it
We never sell your data and we never share it for marketing.
The player who completes your order does not see your name, your email, your contact handle or what you paid. They see the work to be done and a chat thread in which you appear as "Client". That masking is deliberate and runs the whole way through our system.
Beyond that, your data is seen only by GameOnTime staff and by the services we need to operate — our hosting provider and our payment processor — who act on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Game account details
Where a service needs your game login we ask only when it is needed, use it only for your order, and ask you to change your password afterwards. Treat anyone who asks for your details outside GameOnTime as a fraud.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute records. Chat messages are kept with the order they belong to.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details in your account at any time. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it — bearing in mind we may need to keep records of completed orders. Write to support@gameontime.com and we will answer.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored hashed, so nobody at GameOnTime can read yours. Sensitive stored values such as delivery codes are encrypted at rest. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
