Refund & Dispute Policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
1. What you are buying
GameOnTime sells two kinds of things:
- Services — a verified professional plays on your behalf or with you (rank boosts, unlocks, wins) until the ordered result is delivered.
- Digital store cards — codes (such as PlayStation Store cards) delivered to your account on this site.
Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay before work begins. An order that has not been paid for is not started.
2. Your basket, and paying
You can add anything to your basket and leave it there for as long as you like. Nothing is reserved, nothing is charged, and nothing expires — an item in your basket becomes an order only when you pay for it.
You can pay from your GameOnTime balance (store credit) or by crypto (USDT). Which one you use decides how a refund reaches you later — see section 7.
3. How long the work takes
Every service is delivered as soon as the assigned professional can complete it. We do not publish a fixed number of days, because the honest answer depends on your account, your rank and the game.
We do hold ourselves to an internal deadline for every order. If you believe your order is taking too long, ask in your order chat and we will tell you the deadline your order is running against, and what we are doing about it. If that deadline passes, sections 6 and 7 apply — you are not left waiting without a remedy.
4. The 7-day warranty
Every completed service order carries a 7-day warranty, counted from the moment we mark your order completed. During those 7 days you can raise a complaint from your order page and we will put it right.
When the 7 days end without a complaint, the order closes and the warranty ends. After that a new complaint cannot be raised on that order — the order page will tell you this plainly rather than hiding the button.
5. Raising a complaint
You can raise a complaint directly from your order page on:
- any paid order still in progress, whether or not it is late, and
- any delivered order still inside its 7-day warranty.
Describe what is wrong. Your complaint opens a dispute that our team reviews by reading the order's chat and the professional's proof of work.
There is no self-service refund button anywhere on this site, and there is not meant to be. Every refund is a decision made by a person who has read your order. If you want your money back, say so in your order chat and a human will answer you.
6. What can happen to a complaint
Our team resolves every dispute with one of these outcomes, and the decision is posted into your order chat so you always know what was decided and why:
- Back in progress — the work continues until it is right.
- A different professional takes over — we reassign your order and treat it as urgent.
- Completed — the work is confirmed as delivered; your 7-day warranty starts (or continues) from there.
- Refunded — in full or in proportion to the work done (see section 7).
- Rejected — if the complaint is not upheld, the order returns to the state it was in, and the reason is posted in your chat.
When a complaint about lateness or unfinished work is upheld, you choose between two of those outcomes:
- a different professional finishes the work, and we add 20% of what you paid to your GameOnTime balance as compensation for the wait; or
- we refund you for the part that was not delivered, as set out in section 7.
7. How refunds are paid
Two rules govern every refund on this site.
Rule one — money returns the way it arrived. If you paid from your GameOnTime balance, the refund returns to your balance. If you paid by crypto, the refund returns by crypto, to the same wallet address the payment came from.
Rule two — you can always choose the balance instead, and we add 20%. If your refund is due back by crypto, you may take it as store credit instead and we will add 20% to it. A $40 refund becomes $48 on your balance. The choice is yours and it is offered on every refund.
Work that was never started
If we have not started, you get everything back — by the road it came in.
Work that was started but not finished
You keep the value of the work that was actually delivered, and we refund the rest. If you paid $100 and 60% of the work was delivered, $40 comes back to you.
Where the order was also late, the 20% compensation in section 6 is added to your balance on top. In that example: $40 returned by the road you paid, or $60 on your balance ($40 refund + $20 compensation). Compensation is always paid as store credit.
Store credit
Store credit — whether it came from a refund, compensation or goodwill — can be spent on anything on this site. It is not money we hold for you, and it is not paid out in cash or crypto. Do not top up your balance with more than you intend to spend here.
8. Changing your order
If you ordered the wrong thing, tell us in your order chat before the work is done and we will swap it:
- If the new order costs less, we switch it and the difference goes to your balance.
- If the new order costs more, we ask you to pay the difference before the new work starts.
9. Digital store cards (codes)
A store-card code is delivered to your account on this site and revealed once, when you choose to reveal it.
Once a code has been revealed to you it cannot be refunded or exchanged, because from that moment nobody can prove whether it has been used. This is the standard position across the industry and we are not able to improve on it.
If a code is invalid or already used at the moment we deliver it, tell us in the chat and we will replace it or refund it.
10. What is not covered
- Orders never paid for.
- Complaints raised after the 7-day warranty has ended.
- Store credit, which is spend-only and never paid out.
Your game account. Boosting carries risk from the game's publisher, and you accept that risk when you order. If your account is penalised, suspended or banned in connection with an order, our responsibility is limited to the money you paid us for that order — never to the value of the account, its contents, or anything you lose with it.
Where that happens we treat the order as not delivered at all, because there is no honest way to measure how much of it was completed. You receive the full amount you paid: back by the road it came in, or on your balance with 20% added.
11. How to reach us
Before you order, ask us anything from the chat on any page of the site. After you order, everything happens in your order chat — every order has one, our team reads it, and every dispute decision is posted there.
